Satelitbilleder viser boliger til salg

Satelitbilleder eller billeder taget fra fly er enormt værdifulde, når man søger efter boliger i et område man ikke kender på forhånd. Google maps som kvadratmeterpris.dk’s hovedside er baseret på giver mulighed for at se satelitbilleder af hele Danmark, men disse billeder er taget direkte ovenfra, hvilket gør det svært at se lodrette facader.
De bedste luftfotos af de større byer i Danmark finder man i øjeblikket på krak.dk. De har noget de kalder for skråfotos der gør det muligt at se områder fra fire forskellige sider. Klik for eksempel på billedet ovenfor for at se om også den anden side af ejendommen lever op til forventningerne.

Satelitbillederne på Kvadratmeterpris må være mere
end 4 år gamle - Ørestaden findes ikke, det samme
er tilfældet med 1000 vis af andre boliger.
Ser man bort fra aktualiteten - så er satelitbillederne
et glimrende redskab til, at vurdere beliggenheden.
